SoundSoup provides AI-generated music creation services (“the Service”). We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

SoundSoup is a real-time music generation service that creates personalized soundtracks based on your preferences. Our service allows you to:

• Modify and evolve music tracks dynamically
• Save and share your generated music sessions
• Access your music history and preferences

3. User Accounts

5. Content Restrictions

SoundSoup reserves the right to remove or refuse to generate content that:

• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Contains hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
• Promotes violence or illegal activities
• Infringes on third-party rights
• Contains explicit or adult content

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The SoundSoup service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by SoundSoup LLC and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Music Ownership: You own all rights to the music you generate through SoundSoup. The generated music is yours.

License to SoundSoup: By using the service, you grant SoundSoup LLC a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Use your generated music to train and improve our music generation models
• Analyze patterns and features to enhance the service
• Store and process your content for service delivery
• Create anonymized, aggregated data for research and development

Ownership of Derivatives: While you retain ownership of your original generated music, SoundSoup LLC owns all improvements, derivatives, and new models created through training on user-generated content. This includes enhanced algorithms, improved generation capabilities, and any new features developed using aggregated training data.

This license does not give us the right to sell, redistribute, or publicly perform your specific music without your permission.

7. Service Availability and Limitations

While we strive to provide reliable service, SoundSoup:

• Does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• May modify or discontinue features without notice
• Is not responsible for any loss of generated content
• May impose limits on storage, generation time, or API usage

8. Payment and Refunds

No Refunds Policy: All payments for SoundSoup services are final and non-refundable. This includes:

• Subscription fees (monthly or annual)
• One-time purchases or credits
• Premium features or add-ons
• Commercial licenses

We do not provide refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Dissatisfaction with the service
• Technical issues or downtime
• Changes to features or pricing
• Account suspension or termination
• Unused subscription time

By purchasing any SoundSoup service, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

9. Account Deletion Policy

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion:

• Your account will be immediately deactivated
• Your data will be retained for 30 days for recovery purposes
• After 30 days, all personal data will be permanently deleted
• Some anonymized data may be retained for analytics
• Deletion cannot be reversed after the 30-day period

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoundSoup LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
